Course
Trail race based at the Lions River Trading Post in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, just off the N3. Three looped courses run through indigenous forest: 6km with about 193m of climb, 10km with about 345m, and 18km with about 596m. Water tables are cupless, so runners carry their own hydration.
