Point-to-point half marathon in the Marlborough Sounds, running from Anakiwa to the finish at Lochmara Lodge. Competitors reach the start by a one-hour catamaran cruise from Picton. A slightly shorter walk course is also offered. The field is capped at about 200 competitors.

The Lochmara Lodge Half Marathon is a point-to-point race in the Marlborough Sounds. Runners and walkers board a catamaran at Picton for a one-hour cruise to the start at Anakiwa, then follow the course to the finish at Lochmara Lodge, where prizegiving and lunch are held. Entry is capped at about 200.
