A timed lapped event in which runners complete as many circuits as they can of a flat, USATF-certified 2.00-mile loop at Camp Jordan Recreation Area. Entrants choose a 3, 6, 12 or 24 hour format.

The Locomotion is a timed ultradistance run/walk event on a flat, USATF-certified 2.00-mile loop at Camp Jordan Recreation Area in East Ridge, Tennessee, serving as the RRCA Tennessee Ultra Championship. Entrants choose 3, 6, 12 or 24-hour formats and can earn plaques for reaching 50K, 50 miles or 100 miles. Concessions, camping and a festival atmosphere round out the event.
