Course
A 5K run/walk on the trails of Bethpage State Park, starting and finishing at the Polo Field. Hydration and refreshments are at the finish line, with toilets a short walk from the start and finish areas. A free kiddie dash starts 30 minutes before the main race, and a virtual option is also offered.
