Course
An undulating ten miles on public roads starting and finishing at Millpool Car Park in Looe. The route heads through West Looe and out along the coastal road to Talland, loops around the Killigarth and Porthallow area, then returns via Talland for the run home. Water stations sit at miles 3, 6 and 9.
