Course
Start and finish at the Massey University Recreation Centre, Palmerston North. Courses use the He Ara Kotahi pathway and the riverside walkway, with crossings of the He Ara Kotahi pedestrian bridge and Fitzherbert Bridge; most distances include out-and-back sections. Marked drink stations and toilets are placed along each course.
