Course
A backyard ultra on an out-and-back loop of 4 miles (6.7 km) with 880 ft of climb, running to the upper terrain and back the same way, on the hour every hour until one runner remains. The course is fully signed and marshalled. Aid at headquarters includes hot and cold water, drinks, snacks and hot showers; no personal aid is allowed on the loop and no trekking poles.
