Course
Both race days start on Avenida Constantino Nery in front of the Arena da Amazonia in central Manaus. The half marathon and 5km run on the Saturday from 04:00, the marathon and 10km on the Sunday, the early starts set against the Amazon heat. The organiser notes the published route is from the previous edition and may change.

The Maratona Internacional de Manaus is run over two days in the Amazonian capital, with 5km, 10km, half marathon and marathon races starting before dawn from the Arena da Amazonia. Runners can also enter combined two-day challenges pairing a Saturday and a Sunday distance.
