Course
Three looped routes from Stanmer Park in the South Downs, on hilly but not especially technical hard-packed trail. Chalky downland tracks, twisting woodland paths and open farmland lead towards Ditchling Beacon. Aid stations carry fruit, cake, crisps, gels and electrolyte drink.
