Course
Technical trail routes from Caffyns Farm near Lynton into Exmoor National Park, with long steep climbs and descents. The courses take in the South West Coast Path above the Bristol Channel, the Valley of Rocks, ancient woodland, moorland and river valleys. Aid outposts carry fruit, cake, crisps, gels and electrolyte; runners carry their own cup under a plastic-free policy.
