Course
All routes start and finish at Kielder Castle in Northumberland's Kielder Forest, England's largest forest. The courses are fully marked and run on mixed terrain of fast forest trails and steady inclines through ancient woodland. Outposts along the way carry snacks and electrolyte drink, from one on the Middle route up to five on the Ultra.
