Course
Starts and finishes at Grasmere Lakeland Sports & Shows in the central Lake District. The routes climb steep rocky fell ground with very technical descents, passing Easdale Tarn, Stickle Tarn, Loughrigg Tarn and Rydal Head, through rugged fells and ancient woodland. Outposts with snacks, gels and electrolyte are placed from about 10.5 km; the two shortest routes have none.
