Course
Starts and finishes at Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Horndean, crossing the Hampshire and Sussex border along the South Downs Way through Harting Downs and West Dean Woods. Routes run over rolling chalky downland and woodland trail with substantial climbing. Aid outposts increase with distance: none on the 5K and 9K, two on the half, three on the marathon and four on the 50K.
