Course
Both races start at the Meadow Mountain parking lot. The 11K climbs the technical West Grouse Trail with stream crossings before descending Line Shack Trail under the Gore Range, gaining 1,362ft; the 5K takes Line Shack up past old homesteads and back down, gaining 553ft. Two aid stations on the 11K, one on the 5K.

The seventh and final race in the Vail Recreation District's Vail Trail Running Series, the MeadowGold 11K & 5K is presented by Town of Minturn. This exciting and remote route will take place on Meadow Mountain in Minturn, Colorado. Traverse across this beautiful and historic mountain meadow and soak in the changing of the season!
