Course
All routes start together at America The Beautiful Park in Colorado Springs, with the 30K ruck away at 9:00 a.m., the 10K at 9:15 and the 5K at 9:20. The 5K and 10K run alongside the uniformed military 30K ruck march, which requires a 25 lb pack. The course includes some unpaved sections and has water stations on route.
