Course

A four-mile loop through Mendon Ponds Park using the North Meadow and East Esker trails, with the longer race running two loops. The organiser calls it a challenging course over some of the toughest trails in the park, completely off road apart from two road crossings, with around 350 feet of climb per loop. Cup free, with no hydration on course.
