About
Miles for Michael honors Michael W. Leibowitz, a fixture in the Charleston running community who once ran more than 70 races in a single year and traveled the globe for good causes with family and friends. He was killed at age 71, along with his friend Christina Chung, in an accident, and his family created this annual event — with the motto "If I can do it, so can you" — to honor his memory.
