Course
A point-to-point run from source to sea, starting at Castleton with a 15-mile loop before tracing the River Esk to the coast and finishing at the shoreline. The route crosses moorland, woodland trail with stone steps, river valley and coastal path, following Esk Valley Way signs with marker tape where needed. Five checkpoints with food and drink; no cut-off time.
