A loop course around Sloan''s Lake, starting and finishing at the south end corner of the park. The 5K is one loop and the 10K two, run criterium style behind a lead cyclist, with 10K water stops at 1.5, 3.1 and 4.5 miles. The field is capped at 600 runners.
