Course
Starts from Stonehall Lane in Sedbergh and heads onto the Howgill Fells, mixing open fell running with forest tracks. The 10K, half and full marathon routes share the same fell terrain, with the marathon extending out to a feed station at Ravenstonedale. Feed stations are placed along all routes.
