Course
A 13.6-mile mixed-terrain half, largely off-road and partly self-navigated, starting and finishing at Morland Village Hall near Penrith. The route crosses the Eden Valley taking in rivers, becks, villages, woodland and pasture, with around 1,330 ft of climb. Two water and snack checkpoints en route, and walkers are welcome as well as runners.
