Course
Both courses start and finish at Mt Difficulty Winery. The 25km is an out-and-back over vineyard verges, untracked mountainside, sheep tracks and 4WD tracks, returning on a different trail through the Bannockburn Sluicings, with aid stations at 6.5km and 16km. The 44km follows the 25km route then climbs to the Mt Difficulty summit and descends a different ridge, with five aid stations.
