Course
Point-to-point along the Thames Path from Abingdon Road, Oxford to Henley-on-Thames, following the river bank for almost the whole route. Runners pass Sandford Weir, Culham, Cholsey, Streatley, Whitchurch-on-Thames and Reading. Four checkpoints at roughly 12 to 13 mile intervals supply water, sandwiches, sweets and dried fruit.
