The Mount to Coast Y Ddraig Goch is a quadrennial event, part of the Mount to Coast End to End Challenge Series. The 47-mile single-day challenge follows the scenic National Cycle Route 8 through to Barry Island, forming Day 6 of the Welsh end-to-end challenge, CYMRUN.
