Course
Flat, fast out-and-back run almost entirely on the Delaware Canal towpath on the Pennsylvania side of the river, starting and finishing at Tinicum Park in Bucks County. Aid stations sit every six to seven miles with water, fruit and savoury food. Cup-free event, so runners carry their own hydration.
