Course
A loop from the lake at Fort Mountain, opening with a flat lap of the lake before the rocky Big Rock trail joins the Gahuti trail and narrow, cambered singletrack past the mysterious rock wall. The marathon adds a steep power line climb and the mostly double-track 301 loop, about 5,500ft of climb with eight aid stations; the 12-miler has four.
