Course
Out-and-back on the blue-blazed Nipmuck Trail through Yale-Myers Forest, starting opposite Bigelow Hollow State Park. Runners head south about four miles to Barlow Mill Road, a further four to the Boston Hollow turnaround, then retrace the route. Technical terrain. Aid at miles 4, 8 and 12.
