Course
All three events start and finish in the school car park at Norway Vulcan Area Middle School. The two-mile walk follows paved neighbourhood streets; the 5K is sealed road bar a half-mile on Lake Road and takes in two hills; the 10K covers 5.7 miles of blacktop and half a mile of gravel over six hills, with a water station at three miles and a two-hour limit.
