Starts on the open grass of the polo field at Bethpage State Park before heading onto the park's winding soft trails. Mostly flat with a few small hills and a true cross-country feel, finishing back at the field. Beginner friendly.

The Bunny Trail 5K Run/Walk is staged at the Polo at the Park grounds in Bethpage State Park, New York. Parking is at the park's playground, reached via Picnic Polo Road through the park toll, and both in-person and virtual registration options are offered.
