The 5K runs a scenic course around Lake Baldwin Park, starting and finishing on New Broad Street in Orlando's Baldwin Park neighbourhood. A free kids' fun run for ages 2 to 13 runs alongside it.

The Orange County Bar Association's Law Day 5K Run/Walk brings together runners and walkers from the Orange County and Central Florida legal community, supporting free civil legal aid programs. The race runs through Orlando's scenic Lake Baldwin Park.
