Course
All distances start and finish at the Baypoint Beach tent inside Stony Creek Metropark and loop around the park lake. The route follows the park asphalt hike/bike path, which stays open to the public and runs two-way, with several parking-lot driveway crossings. Aid stations sit roughly every mile with water, Gatorade Endurance, gel and Pepsi.
