Course
A flat, almost entirely off-road lapped race at Bawsey Country Park near King's Lynn, on sandy and gravel park trails with some grass. Each 5.3km loop is an out-and-back around the water from race HQ by the car park, which doubles as the lap point with aid and water refills; longer distances add laps.
