Course
Out and back on the Flint Hills Trail, heading east from a downtown start at Fourth and Main in Ottawa. Water at the 5K turnaround, and water and Gatorade roughly every two miles on the half with gels at three of the stations. Portable toilets at the start/finish and at two points on course.
