Course

A six-hour last-one-standing format at 1North Adventure Trails Park. Runners set out on a 5K trail loop every hour, on the hour, and must finish each lap inside the hour to start the next one. The loop is natural-surface trail with dirt, roots, rocks and elevation change, plus short sections of gravel and pavement. Water and snacks are at the basecamp start/finish; the event is cupless.
