Course
A 52km point-to-point ultramarathon starting at the Gumburu Environmental Education Centre and finishing at the Paluma Village Green. The course is almost entirely off-road, with only 492m of bitumen; the remainder is single trail, dirt road and old logging trails through rainforest and eucalypt forest, including creek crossings. Two manned aid stations sit at 20km and 38km. The race starts at 6:00am.
