The Patou Trail is a weekend of mountain trail races in Saint-Lary-Soulan, a Pyrenean resort village in the Vallée d'Aure. The programme spans a vertical kilometre, a skyrace and a marathon-distance route, crossing mountain villages and high viewpoints above the valley.
