Course
A lapped race on a 5.3km loop through the landscaped parkland and estate grounds of Hockwold Hall near Thetford, among mature trees and open lawns. Runners choose their own distance, from 5K up to ultra, by completing as many laps as they like and must be on their final lap before the six-hour cut-off. Aid stations serve water, squash and cola; the event is cupless.

A Zig Zag Running lapped trail event in the private parkland of Hockwold Hall near Thetford, on the Norfolk–Suffolk border. Everyone starts together at 11am on a 5.3 km loop and chooses their own distance, from 5K up to an ultra, among mature trees, open lawns and the estate's resident peacocks.
