Course
Four point-to-point races along the marked Pembrokeshire Coast Path, running cliff tops, secluded coves, sweeping beaches and winding estuaries on well-maintained signed paths. Each distance starts further along the coast - 100 miles from Cardigan, 50 miles from Porthgain, 50km from St Davids, the marathon from Solva - and all converge on a cliff-top event village at Dale. Checkpoints range from four on the marathon to twelve on the 100, with hot food at the major ones.
