Course
Both races start and finish in the village of Dale at 9am, running on relatively quiet country lanes above the Milford Haven Waterway. The 10K has one steep hill; the half marathon is undulating with most of its climbing in the second half. The route gives views of St Ann's Head, Skokholm Island and two lighthouses.
