Out-and-back courses on the flat Pine Creek Rail Trail from a base at 1551 Marsh Creek Road near Wellsboro. Marathoners turn at Tiadaghton; the 50-mile covers half the 100-mile route; 100K runners travel once to Blackwell and back while 100-milers do the double, passing through the Pine Creek Gorge four times. The rail trail drops only about 900 feet across 63 miles.

Held on the Pine Creek Rail Trail through Pennsylvania's Pine Creek Gorge, with out-and-back marathon, 50-mile, 100K and 100-mile courses based near Wellsboro. The crushed-surface rail trail is nearly flat, dropping about 900 feet over its 63-mile length, and the longer races pass through the gorge up to four times.
