Course
A chip-timed figure-of-eight route on quiet country roads around the Essex village of Pleshey, near Chelmsford, starting and finishing at the village hall playing field. The lanes take runners past High Easter and Bishop's Green. Four water stations are on course, with medical cover on site, and the field is around 500 runners.
