Flat 5 km starting in front of the Portland Expo building in Portland, Maine, running down Park Avenue and St John Street through neighbouring streets before entering Deering Oaks park. The route passes behind the bleachers at Fitzpatrick Stadium and finishes in front of the third base dugout. A free kids fun run precedes it. Aid station detail is not stated.
