Course
A point-to-point road course starting at 401 SW 2nd Street in downtown Fort Lauderdale and finishing at 1100 Seabreeze Boulevard on the oceanfront. Flat throughout with extended sections beside the ocean on State Road A1A. The course stays open six hours, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, after which runners may continue on the sidewalk. The Celsius 5K is run the previous day.

The Fort Lauderdale A1A Marathon weekend pairs a Saturday 5K with Sunday's marathon, half marathon and 6K, run from downtown Fort Lauderdale to a finish along the oceanfront on State Road A1A. The flat, paved courses pass through Hugh Taylor Birch State Park on the marathon route.
