Course
Starts and finishes inside Queen Elizabeth Country Park on its hard-packed off-road trail network. The route climbs out through ancient woodland at Head Down to meet the South Downs Way, loops back via the Milky Way trail and crosses War Down on tree-lined gravel tracks. Water and on-course refreshments are provided. Three distances of 21.6 km, 15.2 km and 7.9 km.
