Course
A single-lap 5K and a 10K at Rock Park, Barnstaple, beside the River Taw. The route mixes tarmac, paving, grass and woodland, with an incline and decline at the Long Bridge underpass where the path narrows. Start and finish are on flat, firm grass at the end of Ladies Mile.
