Course
A double lap of Lister Park in Bradford on tarmac paths, hardstanding and grass, with quite a few inclines and declines and narrow sections around the lake. Maximum elevation on the route is 157m. The start and finish sit on grass on a slope that can be soft or muddy underfoot in wet weather.
