Course
A double-lap 5K around Tilgate Lake and Nature Reserve, crossing tarmac hardstanding, grass, gravel and woodland. There are a few inclines, declines and uneven surfaces on the woodland paths, and the start and finish are on uneven, sloping grass that can turn soft in wet weather.
