Race for Life Kingston and Kempton Park

Course

A flat double-lap route on tarmac around Kempton Park Racecourse, with small sections crossing the racetrack itself where the ground is slightly uneven. The start and finish areas are a mixture of grass and hardstanding. Both the grass and racetrack sections can become muddy and slippery in poor weather.

Cancer Research UK's Race for Life 10K and 5K are held at Kempton Park Racecourse in Sunbury-on-Thames, home of the King George VI Chase. Runners and walkers cover a flat course around the racecourse grounds, raising funds for cancer research.
