Course
A single-loop 5K held entirely inside the Norfolk Showground site, with the start and finish areas on grass. The route mixes flat tarmac paths with grass sections that carry a few inclines, and is relatively flat overall. Organisers note the ground can turn soft or muddy in wet weather.
