Course
Predominantly grass, with over 80 percent of the route off tarmac, plus woodland sections and several steep inclines. Start and finish are on the grass field in the centre of Prospect Park, just below the tennis courts, cafe and ranger station. The terrain makes it unsuitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
